The products you have purchased will be delivered in Skopje, to you, within two working days, after the payment completion. More precisely, orders/transactions that will take place before 5:00 pm will be delivered the following working day. Orders/transactions that will take place after 5:00 pm will be delivered within two working days. There is no delivery service on Sundays or national holidays. Within Macedonia the shipment shall be performed in a period of 2 -5 working days.
We also offer the pre-delivery booking option. You can reserve in advance a specific time and date of delivery through our delivery calendar. These orders should be made a few days in advance.
For same day – delivery, please call us on the phone to check if this will be possible. The delivery on the territory of Skopje is run by us, together with delivery companies we have contracted. The delivery costs are additional to the products costs and will be calculated in your final price prior purchase.
Your purchased products will be delivered to the address that you have provided as delivery address. If our delivery person cannot find you, he/she will leave a written note. If you are not at home or you have given us the wrong address, the next delivery will be charged by a mutual agreement. If your ordered product cannot be delivered to you by us, we will contact you using the information you have provided when registering at our e-store. To make contact easier while coordinating your delivery, please leave your telephone number. Our customers will be promptly notified if there are any changes to their delivery.
Ordered products will be delivered with a delivery note.
